About

Teresa Bodwell spent most of the last three decades in Montana where the mountains, rivers and sweeping plains inspire her stories of rugged characters. Tough heroines and courageous heroes who struggle for survival, for family and for love.
She served in the U.S. Army where she helped make the world safe for John Phillip Sousa marches, playing with the Continental Army Band (now called the TRADOC band). After leaving the service, she received a BA from UCLA and went on to law school at the University of Oregon. As an attorney she has learned that life can be unfair and a happy outcome is not always possible. She enjoys writing stories where happy endings are guaranteed.
Teresa now lives in Eastern Washington with her husband, dog and three fat cats.
